By accessing and using SwietcherBot ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SwietcherBot provides automated trading webhook integration between TradingView alerts and trading platforms including cTrader, Binance, and Bybit. The Service includes:

• Webhook-based trade execution
• AI-powered market analysis tools
• Signal bot automation for cryptocurrency exchanges
• Real-time market data terminal

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Service. By using SwietcherBot, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account with others
• Abuse API rate limits or engage in automated scraping
• Manipulate or interfere with the Service's operation

6. Trading Risks

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• SwietcherBot is a tool; trading decisions are yours alone
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose all invested capital
• We provide no investment advice or recommendations

7. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, ACCURACY OF DATA, OR TRADE EXECUTION SUCCESS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIETCHERBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
